Senior Recruitment Consultant / Manager

About the role

LHH is expanding its Finance and Legal team in Turkey and seeks a 360° Recruitment Consultant to lead senior‑level executive searches and drive business growth. The role combines sales, recruitment delivery and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for senior executive positions, from sourcing to post‑hire transition.
• Consult clients on hiring strategies, develop sourcing plans, and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Guide candidates and clients through interviews, salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Capture and report key talent market metrics, trends and opportunities.
• Generate new business leads, maintain existing client relationships and grow the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or sales environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and team‑working abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced sourcing techniques and use of professional networks.
