Senior People Partner

About the role

Volue is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead HR initiatives for its Turkish hub. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, shaping organizational design, employee relations, and talent processes as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and capability building.
• Lead employee‑relations cases end‑to‑end, ensuring compliance with Turkish labour law.
• Coach managers on performance, leadership and difficult conversations.
• Own compensation cycles, talent reviews and inflation‑driven pay reviews.
• Translate Turkish labour regulations into practical decisions for leaders.
• Govern local HR operations together with payroll, benefits and legal partners.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture.
• Represent Turkey in Volue’s global People agenda.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or People Partner role.
• Proven ownership of employee‑relations cases and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labour law and HR compliance.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Experience in tech or engineering environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to make local decisions while staying aligned with global strategy.
