HVAC Sales Executive – Marmara Region

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for a commercially driven HVAC Sales Executive to grow its business across the Marmara region. The role covers the HVAC portfolio including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Rooftop solutions, working with industrial end users, consultants, contractors and investors. It is a true hunter role focused on opening doors, building relationships from scratch and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across the Marmara region.
• Proactively approach industrial customers, consultants, contractors and key decision makers.
• Promote and sell HVAC solutions such as Chillers, AHUs, Fan Coils, Rooftop Units and related systems.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
• Present technical and commercial solutions to stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of developing new business, acquiring new customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent written and spoken English; valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• A strong hunter mindset, confident with customers at all levels, and able to share compelling sales success stories.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, Fan Coils, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Valves.
• Technical solution selling and the ability to advise customers on the most suitable HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
