Indirect Purchasing Internship – Smart Start Recruitment Days

About the role

Join Bosch’s Indirect Purchasing Smart Start program in Bursa for a long‑term internship that gives you hands‑on experience in procurement and logistics. You will work closely with the purchasing team, supporting real projects and gaining insight into the supply‑chain processes of a global industrial leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing activities for logistics‑related materials and support various department tasks.
• Conduct market research and analysis for road‑transportation services.
• Support the request‑for‑quotation (RFQ) process with suppliers.
• Help create and follow up on projects, including the preparation of tenders.
• Contribute to special projects and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program or a master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Available to work at least three days per week during the academic term.
• Willing to commit to an internship of at least 11 months.
• Resident of Bursa (mandatory).
• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, analytical and results‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
