Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager for Mobile Apps

About the role

FERASET is a fast‑growing AI startup building globally successful mobile apps. As the Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager you will own the social presence of our apps, shaping the voice, channels, and experiments that drive millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end influencer collaborations: scouting, deal structuring, negotiation and execution.
• Own the social media roadmap and content strategy across all apps, turning growth goals into channel plans, content pillars and experiments.
• Generate a continuous pipeline of platform‑native content ideas, formats and hooks based on trends, audience insights and performance data.
• Engage with communities through comments, DMs and mentions, and coordinate with marketing teams to align organic and paid strategies.
• Analyze campaign results, produce data‑driven insights and use dashboards and social media tools for effective management.
• Apply basic editing skills and leverage AI tools to accelerate content production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, managing the full 360° process.
• Proactive, self‑directed mindset with strong decision‑making and follow‑through.
• Commercial judgment on creator economics, pricing, negotiation and performance‑based partnership structuring.
• Understanding of creator whitelisting, paid amplification, licensing, usage rights and disclosure requirements.
• Deep familiarity with US‑market trends, social media psychology and Gen‑Z culture.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
