Inhouse Opener / Setter / B2B Caller (Remote)

About the role

ISG Personalmanagement, an international HR agency offering recruiting, executive search, talent development and interim management services, is looking for Openers, Setters and B2B Callers to support its consultants internationally with new-business outreach and re-connecting inactive former clients. The work is 100% remote, full-time, part-time or alongside your studies, with a bonus programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualified B2B phone calls with companies
• Generate interest in recruiting and HR consulting services
• Identify client needs, ask the right questions and schedule meetings for the consultants
• Work with professional tools, including the internal CRM system
• Document calls clearly and hand over qualified leads to the consulting team
• Support consultants in the country and abroad in developing their sales pipeline

Required profile

• Very good communication skills in Turkish; English is required
• Pleasant, clear and confident telephone manner
• Enjoyment in speaking with high-level decision-makers and HR professionals
• Independence, reliability and a professional way of working
• No sales diploma, specific degree or particular career stage is required
