iOS Developer – Native Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer to join Akakçe’s mobile team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining native iOS applications that serve millions of users on Turkey’s leading price‑comparison platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and release native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Design clean, reusable, and scalable UI components.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, Android, QA and data teams to deliver consistent mobile experiences.
• Diagnose and fix crashes, performance bottlenecks, UI issues and data‑synchronisation problems.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews and improve application architecture, testability and reliability.
• Use analytics, user feedback and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the full lifecycle from planning and development to release via TestFlight and the App Store.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Apple platform changes and apply relevant updates.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and solid understanding of native iOS development.
• Ability to reason about architecture, state management, networking, persistence, performance and failure cases.
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile constraints such as memory, lifecycle, device differences, network conditions and app startup performance.
• Ownership mindset, collaborative attitude and clear communication.
