IT Infrastructure Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

A leading digital asset global company is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager for a hybrid role. This is a hands-on technical lead position focused on keeping the company's local infrastructure stable, secure and well maintained, while building better processes around the work. The client is described as a global company providing end-to-end digital asset offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Keep core infrastructure healthy, available and secure day to day.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, networks and supporting hardware.
• Run routine health checks, monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Lead incident investigations, find root causes and put lasting fixes in place.
• Work with external vendors and providers on hardware, connectivity and facilities issues.
• Support development teams with deployments, integrations and environment changes.
• Help with database availability and performance monitoring.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting.
• Apply IT controls covering access, change management and documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to resilience and business-continuity planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, systems engineering or technical operations.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Preferred: experience in banking, payments, fintech or other regulated, uptime-critical environments; exposure to DevOps, CI/CD or automated testing; certifications such as RHCE, CCNA/CCNP or AWS or GCP.

Required skills

• Strong Linux administration.
• Solid networking fundamentals: routing, switching and troubleshooting.
• Data centre setup experience with physical or hybrid server environments, including hardware diagnostics.
• Scripting and automation, plus familiarity with modern deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, virtualisation and containers.
• Database operations and performance tuning.
• Awareness of security, access control and change management.
