IT System Administrator

About the role

Join ZF's IT team in Arifiye, Sakarya as an IT System Administrator. You will manage complex infrastructure issues, coordinate major changes, and implement advanced local and global IT solutions to ensure high availability and service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex incidents affecting availability, performance, or security of local IT services.
• Coordinate incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, problem management and significant infrastructure changes.
• Take operational ownership of selected infrastructure systems, ensuring stable, reliable and secure operation.
• Design and implement improvements for backup, redundancy, capacity, disaster recovery and service continuity.
• Lead security activities such as vulnerability remediation, patch prioritisation, access controls and incident response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in resolving complex incidents, conducting root‑cause analysis and preventing recurring problems.
• Ability to take operational ownership of assigned systems and coordinate significant changes.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks and security.
• Strong expertise in backup, redundancy, capacity planning, disaster recovery and risk management.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security audits (e.g., TISAX, ISMS).
• Analytical, troubleshooting and technical coordination abilities.
