Japanese / English Gaming Support Agent

About the role

As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA you will provide customer support for an assigned game studio, assisting players with account, technical, purchase and gameplay queries. You will work remotely alongside a team of agents under a Team Lead and Operations Manager, following training modules to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle player inquiries related to accounts, technical issues, purchases and gameplay.
• Stay updated on the client’s latest projects, updates, past releases and branding.
• Collaborate with fellow agents and supervisors to ensure high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Advanced Japanese (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum).
• Passionate gamer with in‑depth knowledge of video games.
• Own a modern gaming console or PC and a quiet home workspace (optional).
• Fast learner, proactive and strong at troubleshooting.

Required skills

• Minimum internet speed 15 Mb/s download/upload, latency < 120 ms.
• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 (non‑S) or macOS 13+, CPU Mark ≥ 9220 (8th‑gen Intel i5 or newer, Ryzen 2nd‑gen or newer), GPU G3D Rating ≥ 4806 (GTX 760 or newer).
• Smartphone capable of two‑factor authentication (Android 10+ or iOS 16+).
