Jr. Logistics Specialist

About the role

Guess is looking for a motivated Jr. Logistics Specialist to join its Logistics team in Turkey. This role offers hands‑on experience in shipment coordination, warehouse operations and supply‑chain support while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on international and domestic shipments.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses and business partners.
• Support import customs clearance processes.
• Assist Retail, Wholesale and Marketing teams with logistics‑related activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with EU and regional Distribution Centers.
• Track operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international transportation regulations.
• Experience with import/export procedures.
• Understanding of warehouse services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
