Key Account Assistant Manager

About the role

Flormar is seeking a Key Account Assistant Manager to support the management of strategic customer relationships across retail and FMCG channels. The role involves driving commercial processes, monitoring financial performance, and contributing to market development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth execution of sales, marketing, and operational activities.
• Oversee P&L, revenue tracking, collections, forecasting, and reporting in line with defined timelines.
• Provide senior management with structured, data‑driven insights and regular performance visibility.
• Analyze online and offline customer performance, identify KPI‑based improvement areas, and develop action plans.
• Develop tailored projects to increase customer loyalty and strengthen brand positioning.
• Conduct category, product, and promotion analyses to uncover growth opportunities and propose solutions for shelf visibility and market penetration.
• Prepare annual growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer management, sales tracking, and performance reporting, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, revenue tracking, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Analytical mindset with a KPI‑driven, data‑oriented decision‑making approach.
• Proven experience planning and executing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Customer‑oriented, innovative, and skilled in problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
