Key Account Manager – Retail Concession

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the Levi’s Boyner concession business in Istanbul, driving sales, brand experience and profitability. You will create and execute both tactical and strategic account plans, ensuring the concession meets its weekly KPIs and delivers a premium brand experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver AFP targets by maximizing productivity of the Boyner concession.
• Develop and implement tactical and strategic plans for the concession, aligning with market trends.
• Ensure effective stock management, achieve P&L targets and minimise stock‑outs and markdowns.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and the Boyner account.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to senior management.
• Manage and develop store staff, delivering training on brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinate staffing activities with HR and support the Field Coordinator.
• Monitor T&E and budgets to optimise cost‑effectiveness of the sales team.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in apparel, with proven people‑management experience.
• Commercially driven, pragmatic and detail‑oriented.
• Strong negotiation, customer‑relation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems creatively and influence change.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
