Learning & Development Specialist (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape and execute our employee training strategy. The role involves analyzing learning needs, designing comprehensive development plans, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training and development needs and create an annual L&D plan.
• Monitor progress of learning initiatives and prepare regular performance reports.
• Align training programs with company strategies and business goals.
• Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up‑to‑date.
• Design, organize, and coordinate a variety of training programs and workshops.
• Develop and launch new projects that strengthen employee competencies.
• Integrate competency management processes with development activities.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Drive innovative learning practices to enhance the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development and competency management.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Experience using digital learning tools and e‑learning authoring solutions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
