About the role
The Legal Counsel will provide legal services across all group companies, focusing on supporting business units with a strong emphasis on management matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and interpret contracts covering the full range of company activities.
- Develop risk‑mitigation strategies for contractual risks and create internal templates, guidelines and toolkits.
- Provide legal advice on finance law, IT law, labour law, data protection, consumer law and contract management.
- Manage corporate processes such as board appointments, general assembly meetings, capital changes and preparation of resolutions and notifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with active membership in a Turkish Bar Association.
- 7+ years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
