Lifeguard - Indoor and Outdoor Pools

About the role

Swissôtel Uludağ Bursa, part of Accor, is looking for a Lifeguard to look after the safety of guests at its indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the Spa area. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities continuously and enforce safety regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Provide rescue and first aid assistance when required.
• Contribute to a safe, comfortable and enjoyable swimming experience while maintaining the hotel's safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard Certification in line with applicable regulations.
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort or similar facility is preferred.
• Good knowledge of water rescue techniques, first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor pool areas.
• Strong communication skills, with a responsible, attentive and team-oriented approach.
• Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
