Major Account Manager

About the role

Ricoh is looking for a Major Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key account customers, promote Ricoh products and services, and drive sales growth in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long‑term business relationships with key account customers.
• Acquire new customers to expand the portfolio and increase market penetration.
• Collect feedback on product and service performance and evaluate sales opportunities.
• Manage quotation processes according to Ricoh Turkey Sales Procedures.
• Prepare pipeline and forecast reports and present them to management.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM system and share completed sales information with the Sales Support Unit.
• Monitor product installation processes and support the Collection Unit during post‑sales collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
