Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

About the role

Neapco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that ensure product functionality while maintaining cost efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with shop‑floor specialists and operators to sustain production performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sustainability of production performance and quality.
• Work closely with specialists and operators on the shop floor to improve line efficiency.
• Conduct daily process audits.
• Coordinate product and process launches using APQP procedures.
• Establish manufacturing processes with appropriate equipment, tooling, and controls to meet customer and operational targets.
• Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) systems and equipment/tooling maintenance from launch through production hand‑over.
• Monitor and plan equipment and tooling capacity.
• Maintain environmental regulatory compliance.
• Assist in developing capital and expense budgets for management approval.
• Track metrics such as equipment utilization, regulatory conformance, launch conformance, process performance, PM performance, and labor standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing engineering experience in an automotive parts environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English.
