Marketing Artist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Artist who blends strong creative judgment with a performance‑driven mindset to produce high‑impact video and playable creatives for mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Create and iterate high‑performing video and playable creatives, working hands‑on in Unity and video editing tools.
• Develop new concepts, hooks, visual approaches, and variations based on market trends and performance data.
• Continuously monitor successful creatives, industry references, competitors, and marketing trends to understand what works.
• Use performance results to improve existing creatives and shape new tests.
• Collaborate closely with creative, art, and development teams and integrate AI tools into ideation and production workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of producing a significant volume of creatives with measurable results (e.g., winner rates, CPI improvements).
• Strong creative and analytical thinking with the ability to explain decisions and expected impact.
• Habit of following industry references and successful creatives to stay current.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment.

Required skills

• Strong Unity knowledge and comfortable working within the engine.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software) and working knowledge of Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with sound libraries such as Envato.
