Marketing Manager (ASO & ASA Expertise)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) to lead growth for our AI‑powered mobile applications that serve millions worldwide. You will own end‑to‑end user acquisition, combining performance marketing, organic optimization, and data‑driven experimentation to drive scalable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and other growth platforms.
• Develop and execute ASO and ASA strategies across our app portfolio to boost visibility, conversion and overall acquisition performance.
• Conduct keyword research, manage app store metadata and create custom product pages, screenshots and other store creatives.
• Analyse performance using MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, tracking metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, CTR and TTR.
• Own the full acquisition funnel from paid install to subscription growth and monetisation.
• Collaborate with product, design and creative teams to translate marketing insights into better user experiences.
• Test new channels, audiences, creatives and optimisation tactics to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with advertising platforms and stay current with mobile growth ecosystem changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling user acquisition budgets for iOS and Android apps.
• Hands‑on experience with ASO and Apple Search Ads.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple mobile apps.
