Marketing Partner (1-year contract)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Marketing Partner to drive end‑to‑end marketing activities for Breast Cancer and Ophthalmology portfolios in Turkey. You will collaborate closely with Patient Journey Partners, Healthcare System Partners and cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative commercial strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute omnichannel campaigns, manage Veeva/ROME workflows and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate content creation, adaptation and multi‑channel deployment.
• Support congress participation and key customer activation events, including preparation and follow‑up.
• Track sales, campaign performance and other KPIs, providing regular monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure timely execution of launch plans and marketing milestones, fostering operational discipline across activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, team‑oriented environments.
