Marketing Specialist – Foodservice (Turkey)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support Kerry Foodservice’s growth in Turkey by developing and executing marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance across the foodservice channel. Working closely with the Foodservice Brand Manager, Head of Sales, distributors and cross‑functional teams, you will help translate business objectives into effective marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Execute channel‑specific campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement in the foodservice sector.
• Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend optimisation to maximise ROI.
• Plan and support new product launches, ensuring market readiness and effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce launch materials, product positioning and customer communication plans.
• Help manage product‑related marketing activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, foodservice marketing, brand or product management.
• Proven experience supporting product launches, trade marketing and customer activation programmes.
• Background in B2B, foodservice or distributor‑led environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercially minded, customer‑centric and results‑oriented.
