Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance customer experience for financial institutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design complex CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Develop and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, plugins, reports, and integrations.
• Maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability of solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and project managers to align solutions with business needs.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Execute functional test cases, attach Proof of Testing evidence in Azure DevOps, and resolve defects before QE handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps Component Framework, Canvas Apps.
• C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs, TypeScript.
• Azure services.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
