About the role
The Network & Security Specialist will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Aydınlı Group’s enterprise network and security infrastructure across its retail operations worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS and cloud networking environments, including routing, switching and firewall platforms.
- Administer security solutions such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, SIEM (IBM QRadar), NAC and PAM, and respond to security incidents.
- Configure and support Aruba, Cisco, HPE and Dell switching gear, wireless controllers, ClearPass and AirWave.
- Monitor network performance and availability with PRTG, Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Maintain SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, produce topology and capacity reports, and ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent English for technical documentation and vendor communication.
Required skills
- LAN/WAN/WLAN design, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, LACP, VRRP, VLT, BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPsec, MPLS.
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet (policy, NAT, VPN, HA, threat prevention).
- Switching: Aruba, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Aruba Controller, ClearPass, AirWave.
- Load balancers: F5, Kemp, Citrix.
- SIEM: IBM QRadar, log management and correlation.
- Endpoint protection: SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, EDR platforms.
- Monitoring: PRTG, Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow, Zabbix, ManageEngine.
- Network diagnostics: Wireshark, Nmap.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python.
