About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Centre in Eskişehir offers a new‑graduate position that bridges global delivery capabilities with local client engagements. As an Associate you will join a team of problem‑solvers, supporting projects across Assurance, Tax and Advisory while developing your professional skills within PwC’s leadership framework.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled 4th‑year student or recent graduate from a reputable university (Economics, Social & Administrative Sciences, Engineering or Applied Sciences).
• High verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong passion for learning and knowledge acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑ and result‑focused.
• Team player with a client‑focused mindset.
• Creative and knowledgeable about Assurance, Tax or Advisory.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
