New Graduate Associate – Assurance, Tax & Advisory

About the role

PwC Turkey is looking for motivated new graduates to join its Assurance, Tax and Advisory teams as Associates. You will work within a collaborative environment, supporting clients ranging from fast‑growing startups to large multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Currently enrolled 4th‑year student or recent graduate from a reputable university (Economics, Social & Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Applied Sciences).
• Maximum of one year professional experience.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong passion for learning and knowledge acquisition.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with flexibility to travel.
• For audit track: degree in Business, Economics or related field, or a relevant master’s qualification.
