About the role

Alumil NextGen is an internship program offering university students who are goal‑oriented, eager to learn, and development‑focused the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers. Participants gain real‑world professional experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in real‑world business projects and assignments, including analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches.
• Support the assigned department's daily workflow and help achieve business goals.
• Attend technical and soft‑skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations.
• Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross‑functional collaboration projects.
• Seek guidance from the assigned mentor and follow personal development goals based on regular feedback.

Required profile

• Must be a final‑year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago.
• Studying or graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.), Architecture, Business Administration/Economics, Marketing/Communications, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Human Resources.
