About the role
Vivax is a Turkish medical-AI company building clinical world models, a native medical large language model, surgical intelligence, smart campus systems and digital health products. It is looking for an Operations Intern to keep the company running smoothly across people, process and tooling.
Key responsibilities
- Own internal tools, documentation and process improvements
- Support finance, contracts and basic compliance
- Help onboard new teammates and vendors
- Improve workflows so the team works faster
Required profile
- Detail-oriented, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
- Clear written communication
- Bonus: experience with Notion, Linear or similar tooling
