Organizational Development Manager

About the role

HubX is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to shape the way we design, reward, and develop our people across multiple independent studios. You will own key HR frameworks and partner with leadership to drive a high‑performance culture that scales with our global product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve job architecture and grading frameworks for scalable organizational design.
• Lead annual compensation processes, total‑rewards reviews, and bonus planning.
• Support performance management, goal‑setting, and continuous feedback practices.
• Manage People dashboards, HRIS capabilities, and people analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor workforce planning and organizational structures to sustain growth.
• Oversee talent management processes, including talent reviews and career development.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives that reinforce HubX’s culture.
• Drive organizational effectiveness projects and build high‑performing teams.
• Continuously improve HRIS ecosystem, data quality, and core People processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a comparable HR function.
• Proven expertise in job architecture, grading, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and HRIS reporting.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across a fast‑moving, studio‑based environment.
