Owned Media Lead

About the role

The Owned Media Lead will own end‑to‑end CRM and loyalty activities for H&M Turkey, driving omni‑channel communication and customer engagement across Turkey, Kazakhstan and Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, optimise and execute CRM communications via email, push, SMS and WhatsApp in line with the local marketing calendar.
• Design and run loyalty programmes for H&M Membership, including in‑store and online activations.
• Use the Marketing Automation Platform to build data‑driven, automated customer journeys.
• Align owned media with global email and push campaigns and coordinate with paid media leads.
• Collaborate with production, commercial and data teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, owned media or digital marketing, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data for performance optimisation.
• Experience working in an international, stakeholder‑rich environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
