About the role
The Patient Experience (Post-Op) Specialist ensures seamless post‑operative follow‑up for patients at Smile Hair Clinic, providing detailed information and support after hair transplantation procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all post‑operative follow‑up communications and share relevant documents with patients.
- Conduct, evaluate, and report patient satisfaction surveys.
- Encourage patients to leave reviews on digital platforms.
- Monitor recovery progress to identify candidates for additional procedures.
- Assist in acquiring new reference patients through collaborative processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language is a plus.
- Experience in the health industry or international patient relations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and human‑relations skills, able to answer patient questions patiently.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems.
