People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

As a People & Culture Business Partner at Atasun Optik, a subsidiary of the EssilorLuxottica group, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, manage employee lifecycle processes, and act as a trusted HR advisor for retail operations. The role combines strategic talent acquisition with on‑site store observations to improve employee experience across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full recruitment cycles: source resumes, conduct phone and face‑to‑face competency interviews, perform reference checks, and fill vacancies according to departmental plans.
• Maintain accurate employee files and manage personnel changes (new hires, resignations, terminations) in HR systems.
• Carry out exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop action plans that reduce attrition.
• Visit stores regularly to observe operations, assess employee experience, and identify regional improvement opportunities.
• Provide HR consulting to department executives, facilitate HR system adoption, and contribute to HR projects and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR functions, especially recruitment and legal processes.
• Previous experience in the retail sector.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, able to multitask and work flexible hours.
• No travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good command of English.
