Plant Maintenance & Facility Management Engineer

About the role

The Plant Maintenance & Facility Management Engineer ensures that all machinery, equipment, buildings and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely, complying with Bosch Rexroth standards and local HSE regulations. The role combines operational maintenance, new‑investment projects and continuous improvement of plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain machinery, equipment, buildings and utilities in optimal condition while meeting legal and Bosch Rexroth directives.
• Lead new‑investment projects for plants, including technical design, contract management and project coordination.
• Develop and execute maintenance procedures, planning, scheduling, material support and cost‑performance analysis.
• Manage outsourced services, annual service contracts and relationships with parts suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety permits and promote a safe working environment.
• Support electrical/electronic projects such as cabinets, diagrams, software and related applications.
• Prepare and control the maintenance department budget, ensuring delivery within financial limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Professional certification in Energy Management is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and general HSE regulations and operational permits.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts and implementation.
