PMC Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The PMC Electrical Supervisor will lead the electrical construction activities for a large‑scale petrochemical project, ensuring that all works meet the project specifications, schedule and quality requirements. Reporting to the project management team, the supervisor will coordinate with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver safe and compliant electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify issues and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to the construction team, review and approve electrical plans, drawings and related documentation.
• Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections and tests to verify workmanship and material compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and regulatory authorities to resolve electrical‑related challenges and maintain project continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience supervising electrical works on petrochemical or similar large‑scale projects, preferably within a PMC environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction setting.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, materials and international standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, drawings and specifications.
