Product Manager

About the role

n11, an open market platform serving more than 330,000 registered business partners, is looking for a Product Manager. The role defines and drives the company's product vision, leads product planning and roadmaps, and works closely with development, QA, UX/UI, data and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Product Owners, support their development and performance, and lead quarterly planning and product roadmaps presented to executive leadership.
• Oversee roadmap initiatives, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and define and monitor key KPIs such as match rate, wait time, conversion and revenue impact.
• Analyze user behavior, conduct market monitoring, competitive benchmarking and trend analysis, and guide UX and product teams in creating wireframes, workflows and documentation.
• Lead data-driven prioritization, set data and event collection strategies, and own the experimentation pipeline: hypotheses, A/B tests, model and feature evaluation.
• Work within Agile Scrum, manage stakeholders, and make strategic decisions based on data, business objectives and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• 7-9 years of product experience, including managing product teams or leading cross-functional groups.
• Proven track record of strategic decision-making and roadmap ownership, and proven experience delivering MVPs.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, and excellent English communication.
• E-commerce experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Ability to write and execute SQL queries when needed.
• Knowledge of UX tools (Hotjar, UXCam, Crazy Egg) is a plus.
• GA4, Looker and BI tools expertise is a plus.
