Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to ensure our installations run smoothly, delivering semi‑finished products that meet specifications. The role involves operating equipment, monitoring production, and supporting quality and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations according to procedures, including serving pumps and managing taps.
• Monitor alerts, perform quality checks, and identify non‑conformities.
• Control production output and record data in the IT system.
• Carry out auxiliary tasks, small maintenance, and assist technicians on larger maintenance jobs.
• Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to ensure continuous production.
• Ensure use of personal protective equipment in line with safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a similar production role.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical English.
