Project Manager – CAPEX Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑oriented Project Manager to lead CAPEX projects from concept to handover within our industrial operations. You will work closely with production, engineering, HSE, finance and other stakeholders to deliver projects that improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of CAPEX projects ranging from €10 K to €10 M.
• Translate operational and technical needs into clear project scopes, feasibility studies and investment justifications.
• Prepare, monitor and control project budgets, schedules, resource plans and cost estimates.
• Lead engineering design activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, on‑site construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor contractor performance, milestone payments and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate permitting, documentation and final handover to operations.
