Production Supervisor

About the role

ABB is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing line in Turkey. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and allocate resources to achieve line production targets.
• Lead capacity planning and optimise resource utilisation for the assigned unit.
• Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory service levels.
• Identify technical equipment or facility improvements and drive their implementation.
• Monitor volume, product conformity and on‑time delivery performance.
• Detect deficiencies, propose improvement actions and oversee their execution.
• Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain a well‑staffed, skilled, and motivated team in line with HR policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in production or related engineering roles.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong analytical, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Turkish language proficiency is mandatory.
