Project People Lead (Turkey)

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Project People Lead based in Istanbul to act as the single point of accountability for all people-related workstreams across a high-impact project. Working closely with senior leadership, the role shapes organizational design, workforce planning, change management and talent readiness, while supporting broader regional people initiatives through the Turkey Eurasia People Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Organizational design and workforce planning, including role mapping and workforce modelling
• Own the change strategy end-to-end: employee engagement, communication and workforce transitions
• Identify capability gaps and build targeted hiring and development plans
• Manage employee and labor relations in line with Turkish labor law
• Track and report people KPIs such as retention, engagement and readiness
• Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategy with organizational transformation goals
• Support regional people projects and foster an inclusive culture through engagement and DEI initiatives

Required profile

• About 15 years of People Lead experience, with a track record in transformation, restructuring or large-scale change
• Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law and the employee relations landscape
• Proven ability to engage, inspire and influence at all levels
• Experience in an FMCG or matrixed environment strongly preferred
• Fluent Turkish and English

The position is temporary (fixed term) within a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. No relocation support is available.
