Quality Assurance Executive (Food Safety)

About the role

Join Nestlé Waters as a Quality Assurance Executive and help ensure that all products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. You will work on the factory floor in Kestel, Bursa, supporting the implementation of robust safety systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations and Nestlé quality policies.
• Maintain and audit HACCP programs, GMP, SHE, 5S, and good hygienic practices across the plant.
• Lead quality failure analysis, defect elimination, and timely product release.
• Support cross‑functional teams in crisis management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver food safety and quality training for laboratory and plant personnel.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best‑practice exchange with other sites and functions.

Required profile

• University degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science, engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading laboratory or production quality functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive change and work effectively across functions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering results.
