About the role
Join Adecco's recruitment team for a 5.5‑month assignment, supporting client hiring needs across Turkey.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with consultants and recruiters to understand client needs.
- Monitor recruitment operations and processes.
- Conduct candidate pre‑screening interviews and prepare reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment is an asset.
- Detail‑oriented with creative problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
