Regional Medical Manager – Obesity

About the role

As a Regional Medical Manager based in Ankara, you will improve obesity management by connecting healthcare professionals with the latest scientific evidence and clinical data. You will build trusted, peer‑to‑peer relationships with physicians, scientists and healthcare institutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain up‑to‑date scientific knowledge in obesity and share it with local and regional physicians.
• Plan, deliver and communicate current medical knowledge and clinical‑trial data in a clear, accurate and scientifically rigorous way.
• Develop regional medical advisory activities and contribute to short‑, medium‑ and long‑term medical plans.
• Design, support and coordinate medical education programmes, workshops and scientific training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Spend more than 70% of working time in the field, travelling across the area of responsibility.

Required profile

• Medical degree (post‑graduate qualification useful but not essential).
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge with ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
• Critical‑thinking skills and ability to link scientific evidence with healthcare and business priorities.
• Knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system and at least 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical medical affairs experience preferred.
