Regional Sales Executive – Marmara West (Istanbul based)

About the role

The Regional Sales Executive will drive new business growth in the Marmara West region, focusing on both existing and prospective customers. Based in Istanbul, you will work closely with internal partners to ensure optimal resource deployment and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a required number of sales calls each week to current and new customers within the territory.
• Maintain and increase sales of all hearing‑care products, promote new offerings, and provide product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with inside‑sales teams, regional directors, trainers, and key account managers to pursue leads and support clinical accounts.
• Conduct needs analysis, negotiate pricing, and recommend marketing strategies for customer growth.
• Represent Phonak at national and regional meetings and achieve assigned sales quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the hearing‑healthcare or medical‑device industry is preferred.
• Action‑oriented, competitive, accountable, and comfortable with long‑term goals.

Required skills

• Proficient use of CRM systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.
