About the role

Jotform is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist, exclusively for candidates with disabilities. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to users of our online form platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support and resolve customer issues on first contact.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical or service problems.
• Ask probing questions to identify root causes and generate effective solutions.
• Educate users on platform features and best practices.
• Handle routine inquiries to free up senior staff.
• Build professional relationships through clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in tech.
• Ability to work independently and commit long‑term.
• Empathy, patience, and a solution‑oriented attitude.
