Retail Banking Officer – Chinese Speaker (Merkez Branch)

About the role

ICBC Turkey is seeking a Chinese‑speaking professional to join its Individual Banking Unit at the Merkez Branch, located in the Head Office building. The role focuses on maintaining and growing the bank's retail customer base while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure satisfaction and continuity of existing customers.
• Represent the bank professionally and adhere to legislation and internal policies.
• Conduct customer visits aligned with target segments and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate potential customers according to acceptance criteria.
• Acquire new customers through market research and benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with experience in individual/SME banking and marketing.
• Strong interest in a career in retail banking and marketing.
• Solution‑oriented, persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
