Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst

About the role

Join Medtronic's Cardiovascular Strategic Pricing Team as a Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst. You will act as the liaison between Marketing and Offer Development, shaping pricing strategies for new products and guiding market access across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve strategic pricing frameworks aligned with business objectives and market realities.
• Partner with sub‑regional leadership, marketing and commercial teams to provide pricing roadmap guidance and value‑based segmentation.
• Translate competitive insights and economic value drivers into sustainable pricing directions for product launches.
• Integrate pricing decisions into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles and ASP planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize pricing governance and build pricing capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation and ability to navigate a complex, multicultural matrix environment.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to designing new concepts and driving internal buy‑in.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial simulations.
