About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shelf Assistant to join our Alliance Healthcare warehouse in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. You will ensure that products on the shelves are correctly priced, within their expiry dates, and ready for order fulfilment, supporting our mission to deliver health solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Verify expiry dates and pricing of existing and newly received products on the shelves.
• Report damaged or near‑expiry items to the supervisor promptly.
• Monitor product variety and quantities on each shelf and replenish from stock as needed.
• Prepare orders according to defined processes, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Participate in the quarterly physical inventory count of the warehouse.
• Maintain clean and organized shelf areas following safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to two years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Residency in Istanbul (or ability to relocate).
• Completed mandatory military service for male candidates.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain requirements.
• Experience with packaging materials and reusable shipping assets.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Safe material handling practices and use of warehouse equipment.
