Russian-Speaking Business Development Manager – Cosmetic & Beauty Ingredients

About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Russian-Speaking Business Development Manager to develop customers and commercial partnerships across Russian-speaking markets in Europe. The role covers essential oils, natural aromatic ingredients, cosmetic ingredients and selected flavour/aroma solutions for personal-care applications, based in Antalya with a hybrid setup and regular European travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new cosmetic and personal-care customers across selected European markets.
• Build relationships with cosmetic manufacturers, beauty brands, private-label producers and distributors.
• Identify opportunities for essential oils and natural aromatic ingredients, and introduce new ingredients and application concepts to customers.
• Coordinate samples, technical documentation and customer evaluations.
• Identify private-label and product-development projects and develop distributors and local partners.
• Maintain a structured customer pipeline and travel regularly for meetings, exhibitions and events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, fragrances, essential oils or cosmetic ingredients.
• Fluent Russian and strong English; Turkish is an advantage but not required.
• Existing professional network in the beauty or cosmetics industry and experience with cosmetic manufacturers or beauty brands.
• Understanding of R&D, product development and ingredient selection processes.
• Commercial experience in Eastern Europe or the Baltics is highly valued; availability for regular international travel is required.
