Territory & Digital Engagement Executive – Antalya

About the role

PMI is looking for Territory & Digital Engagement Executives to join its front-line field team in Antalya. You will work with retailers in your assigned territory, carrying out both physical and digital visits according to the daily route plan, and help achieve business objectives through strong relationship management and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans covering B2B relations with retailers, growth opportunities, competition analysis, resource use and digital strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Review and monitor B2B business flows and processes, identify improvement areas and recommend timely action plans.
• Cascade digital strategies and manage the actions needed for digital transformation among points of sale.

Required profile

• Located in Antalya.
• University degree or above.
• Up to 2 years of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, with a strong understanding of commercial execution, sales operations and organizational dynamics.
• Top communicator in Turkish and English, written and verbal.
• Team player, quick learner, customer oriented, and able to build long-term relationships.
• Valid and clean B-type driving licence with active driving skills.

Required skills

• Digital or e-commerce knowledge and experience is a plus.
