Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Cambly as a Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth in the Turkish B2B market. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Engage and nurture inbound and outbound leads through multi‑channel outreach, including social selling, cold calls, email sequences and event follow‑up.
• Maintain the lead lifecycle, supporting marketing activities and ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
• Conduct persistent follow‑up calls and emails until meetings are set.
• Share market insights and contribute to building Cambly’s sales playbook and tech stack.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR or similar outbound role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with HR, Learning & Development or e‑learning teams in Turkey.
